Hello, and welcome.
I’m a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) based in Perthshire, Scotland, holding a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT. I have several years of experience supporting people with a wide range of mental health concerns through charities and wellbeing services.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and goal-focused space where we can work together towards meaningful, lasting change. My approach is holistic, looking not only at your thoughts and behaviours but also at the broader factors in your life that may be affecting your wellbeing.
I specialise in working with anxiety and addiction, and I also support people experiencing depression, work-related stress, and those impacted by someone else’s addiction. I have particular experience helping individuals navigate life transitions or recovery, offering practical, compassionate guidance along the way.
Together, we’ll explore evidence-based CBT strategies to manage challenges, build coping skills, and strengthen resilience so you can move towards the life you want.
